We reserve the right to reject sites that promote illegal activities or discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability or sexual orientation. Elumacigs.com reserves the right to accept or deny any affiliate without cause. There is NO cost to become an ElumaCigs affiliate.

Is the ElumaCigs.com affiliate program limited to US residents?
ElumaCigs.com products are currently only available to U.S. residents(excluding Oregon). If you have U.S. web traffic you are eligible to become an ElumaCigs.com affiliate.

What does an affiliate earn in commission?
20% commission is paid on affiliate referrals for goods purchased from ElumaCigs.com. A referral is defined by a customer who has clicked or followed a URL of an approved product banner link which leads the customer to ElumaCigs.com.

How often are commissions paid?
Affiliates are paid on a monthly basis.

How do I receive my commission payment?
Monthly payments are made via check. Once you've reached $100 in total commission dollars and 3 or more sales you are eligible to receive payment.

Do I get commission if my referrals make repeat purchases?
Yes, payouts are given on all ElumaCigs.com purchases and if a customer was led to ElumaCigs.com by your affiliate link a cookie will be placed in their computer to ensure you get credit for future purchases. Please note: ElumaCigs.com does not force or regulate the end users right to refuse cookies.

Do payment reversals or fraudulent purchases get removed from my payout?
Yes. If an order is charged back or cannot be processed for any reason you will not receive commission on that sale.

Where do I get links or banners to promote ElumaCigs.com?
When you register and become an ElumaCigs.com affiliate you'll receive login details. This will allow you access to your affiliate account where links and banners are contained.

How are my sales tracked?
Each ElumaCigs.com link on your site has a text variable string which records when a customer has clicked through to our site and has purchased. Clicks and conversions records are available on your affiliate account page. Please note that sales are not visible in your account until the customers order status is delivered.

Can I bid on keywords and advertise with search engines?
No, only affiliates with prior written permission from ElumaCigs can bid on keywords. ElumaCigs.com, ElumaCigs, Eluma Cigs & Eluma are all trademarks of Eluma Cigs, LLC and this information cannot be used in your url or copy.

What If I don't have a website, can I still become an ElumaCigs.com affiliate?
Yes and no. There are ways of promoting ElumaCigs.com without owning a domain or website. For instance, if you have a myspace, facebook or social networking page you can add a product banner or product text link to your profile. You must submit a URL(IE: http://www.facebook/profile/332983928392) when you register for an affiliate account. ElumaCigs.com checks URL's to ensure validity.

Can I personally purchase products using my affiliate link in order to get commission on them?
No! Our terms and conditions prevent the use of the affiliate program just to simply receive a discount on goods purchased for personal use. Keep in mind that in order to alleviate people from simply registering an affiliate account in order to save 20%, there is a minimum of $100 in commissions and 3 sales before affiliates are compensated.
