Priority orders received by 4pm central standard time for items that are in stock will be processed and shipped the same day excluding Sundays and Holidays. All other orders ship within 72 hours. If an unexpected delay occurs with your order, we will notify you via email within 72 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by an RA(Return Authorization) number. To get an RA number you must email CustomerService@ElumaCigs.com with your order number, reason and the items you wish to return. Once you receive the RA number, write it on the outside of your packaging then simply ship it back to us at the address provided on the RA form you will receive. ElumaCigs.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse a refund request if it deems that it's policy has been abused in any way. No refunds issued on cartridge refills, these sales are final. 30 day refund policy applicable to initial purchases only, subsequent purchases are provided warranty support where applicable. Items excluded from your return such as used cartridges or any other items not returned that were part of your original order as well as damaged goods will be deducted from the refund total. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from any refund issued.
