Eluma Cigs, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or stolen merchandise once an order has left our facility. As of 1/4/10, all orders now include insurance through u-pic.com. If a claim arises as a result of lost, damaged, missing or stolen goods, please contact CustomerService@ElumaCigs.com. We take great care in ensuring 100% accuracy for all orders that leave our facility. Items are scanned and images are taken of every order prior to shipping to alleviate any question as to the contents of an order.
